Jesus And You Outreach Ministries – known as J.A.Y. Ministries -- was established as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Riviera Beach, Florida in 1993.   To fulfill its mission of “recovering lives, restoring families and revitalizing neighborhoods affected by drug and alcohol addiction,” numerous outreach initiatives have developed. Through the vision and faithful service of its founder and executive director, Bro. Bob Felder, the J.A.Y. programs offer support, hope and recovery to anyone seeking assistance.
